House on Lake Hallwil

The plot boasts a magnificent view of lake Hallwil and the central alps, and a loft flat in the style of Heinz Julen's loft in Zermatt serves as a suitable form of living. The lower main flat is arranged around the two-storey room, the attic flat with a large terrace is located above it. The solid construction is clad with a wooden facade made of used scaffolding shutters. The window front with transparent painted metal profiles offers a view of the mountains and the lake, the undulating concrete ceiling above the main room refers to the latter (even if it was not quite planned that way).
